David Neuman graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois in December 2001 with a B.S. in Finance. He attended the Northern Illinois University College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2005. While at the NIU College of Law, Mr. Neuman was on Law Review and was a research assistant for Professor David Gaebler.
In November 2005, Mr. Neuman was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. In April 2010, Mr. Neuman was also admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of the Illinois, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He previously worked for a law firm in the Chicagoland area, where he focused on class action litigation. Mr. Neuman joined Stoltmann Law Offices in December 2006.
Mr. Neuman is currently a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He is also an arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution.
